Avis Poor patient relations strategy

I was supposed to see this doctor, however I missed my appointment due to work overload. I got an invoice and pleaded to cancel it as I still wanted to see the doctor. Unfortunately, I was told to pay anyway. Needless to say, this put me off and I won't be seeking the help of this doctor anymore. Such a shame - the last thing Luxembourg needs is another doctor who doesn't see their patients in their entirety but only as a means of making money and exerting their power. Such a shame.
