Avis mixes me with an other patient

I was pretty satisfied until the 9 August 2017 when Dr Klees mixes me with an other patient. On that day I payed the bill from the other patient(twice mine), never get an apology for the confusion and keep getting my bill with mistake in my name. Deeply unprofessional.
